Shabbat Shalom,
This short email has ended up much longer than I originally planned, but there is so much good stuff going on (and as many of you know, brevity is not always my strength)
Thank you to everyone that has been coming to our variety of services and events over the past few weeks. It has been energizing to see so many in attendance. For those that have not yet attended (including our friends who are lucky enough to be spending the majority of their time at the shore who we will see at Devotion by the Ocean next week), we hope that you have been able to listen to or watch our Pre-Shabbat messages (this week's below), the weekly sermon that we include on Tuesdays or Rabbi Witkovsky's class. For added convenience, we are turning the Pre-Shabbat messages and sermons into a podcast. You can search us (Temple Beth Hillel-Beth El) on apple podcasts or add us to the podcast program of your choosing using our RSS feed that you can copy and paste:

Tisha B'Av is this weekend. Please join us in person or online at Saturday at 9:15pm, Sunday morning at 9:00am, or Sunday afternoon at 1:45pm. Links below.
A reminder, we will have candles in the lobby in the afternoon leading up to our Shabbat services. When picking up your child from late care, coming to services, or just as a stop on your night please stop by to light Shabbat candles.
For those attending Whiskey Jam next week, you will get to see some guest performers, including Rabbi Witcovsky and Rabbi Cooper.
Speaking of Rabbi Witkovsky and Rabbi Cooper, here is a special moment between them from last week's Shabbat. This week, we are happy to share a blog post from Rabbi Cooper - A New View from the Pew.
Here is Rabbi Witkovsky’s pre-Shabbat message to the community!
Tonight, Kabbalat Shabbat will be in the Sanctuary. Please join Rabbi Witkovsky as we begin Shabbat this evening.
Here is the recording of the third class. If you would like to join us and receive the handouts, please sign up for the class here. The class materials will be sent out by Tuesday morning.
Wishing you a great weekend and a great week!
