Nashirah Service
The Nashirah service is a new offering in the High Holidays service lineup that will be led by TBH-BE congregants. Nashirah, let’s sing! Our vision is for a vibrant and participatory prayer service that centers communal singing as a way to deepen our connection with ourselves, each other, and our tradition. The service will feature piyyutim, liturgical poems, woven into the traditional Hebrew liturgy. We will provide a machzor, holiday prayer book, from Koren Publishers, with translation and commentary from Rabbi Jonathan Sacks. As the High Holidays get closer, we will offer opportunities to sing together and share some of the tunes that will be used.
