This is a Kansas City Barbeque Society( KCBS) sponsored event taught by Randy Bigler, the President of the Society. Randy is coming up from Alabama to teach the class which will be from 10 AM to 3 PM. Participants will be instructed on how to judge kosher barbecue beef ribs, turkey, chicken and brisket and after certification, will be allowed to judge kosher barbecue competitions.Class participants will be inducted into the KCBS.
